Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clear awareness and informed consent; 2. Have normal pain response; 3. The skin at the injection seat is intact without damage, redness and infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long term use of analgesic drugs; 2. allergies to lidocaine, propamine and aerosol. 3. Congenital or idiopathic methemoglobinemia
