18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 65 years; 2.Moderate or above PVL after heart valve disease surgery; or PVL after heart valve disease surgery accompanied by dyspnea (affecting life and work); or PVL after heart valve disease surgery with NYHA 3-4 grade; or PVL with hemolytic anemia after surgery for valvular heart disease; 3.Interventional PVL occlusion was decided; 4.Patients are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other systemic diseases, such as severe kidney and cerebrovascular diseases; 2.Active endocarditis; 3.The implanted valve is incompetent or unstable; 4.The presence of thrombus or vegetations in the heart; 5.There are thrombus or vegetations in the heart.
