Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old; 2. Successful implementation of lung transplantation; 3. Clear consciousness, normal communication and cognitive ability, able to complete the required questionnaire independently or with the help of researchers; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor prognosis or short-term death; 2. Serious complications; 3. Postoperative cognitive dysfunction. The patients and their families signed the informed consent, and the study was reviewed and approved by the ethics committee of our hospital.
