Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 100 patients diagnosed with hemophilia A; 2. Diagnostic criteria: refer to the "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hemophilia (2020 Edition)"; 3. Age: 0-18 years old; 4. The patient or his guardian agrees and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acquired Hemophilia A; 2. Patients with other organic diseases, such as patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, patients with tumors, etc..
