Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia

Interventions

Ventilator-associated pneumonia group:Collect 5ml lower respiratory tract secretions, 5ml peripheral venous blood and 20ml alveolar lavage fluid
Healthy volunteer group:Collect 20ml peripheral venous blood
Intubation control group:Collect 5ml lower respiratory secretions and 5ml peripheral venous blood

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ventilator-associated pneumonia group: The clinical diagnosis of ventilator-associated pneumonia according to the Chinese Medical Association's clinical standards for ventilator-associated pneumonia (2013); 1. Age over 18 years old; 2. The expected length of stay in the ICU is greater than 7 days; 3. The patients and their families agree to be included in and cooperate with this study. Intubation control group: 1. Age over 18 years old; 2. The expected length of stay in the ICU is greater than 7 days; 3. Accept tracheal intubation; 4. No ventilator-related pneumonia occurred during hospitalization; Healthy Volunteer Group: 1. Age over 18 years old; 2. Normal immune function; 3. Good health;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (ventilator-associated pneumonia group): 1. Pregnancy; 2. Have immunodeficiency, carry HIV or hepatitis B virus; 3. Recent gastroesophageal and intestinal injuries; 4. Be younger than 18 years old. Exclusion criteria (tracheal intubation control group): 1. Pregnancy; 2. Have immunodeficiency, carry HIV or hepatitis B virus; 3. Recent gastroesophageal and intestinal injuries; 4. Be younger than 18 years old. Exclusion criteria (healthy volunteer group): 1. Pregnancy; 2. Be younger than 18 years old.
