Experimental group 1:Intravenous tranexamic acid + medullary tranexamic acid
Experimental group 2:Intravenous tranexamic acid + medullary normal saline
Control group:Tranexamic acid is not used at the time of admission or at the time of surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with unilateral lower extremity diaphyseal fractures (tibia, femur) to be treated with closed reduction intramedullary nailing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple trauma or fracture; 2.Open, pathological fractures or periprosthetic fractures; 3.Clearly allergic or contraindicated to tranexamic acid; 4.Abnormal platelet and coagulation function; 5.Patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (intermuscular venous thrombosis and deep venous thrombosis) before surgery.
