65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I~IV grade; 2.Aged 65 to 100 years; 3.Patients who are expected to undergo hip fracture surgery within 48 hours of admission; 4.Cooperate with the implementation of FIB; 5.Agree to sign the informed consent of the trial; 6.Able to assess pain levels.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are allergic to or contraindicated to local anesthetics and analgesics required for the test; 2.There are coagulation dysfunction, regional block site infection, bleeding and other nerve block contraindications; 3.Take opioid analgesics within 1 week before surgery; 4.Communication barriers.
