18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 65 years, regardless of gender; 2.Fasting blood uric acid level >= 420-660 µmol/L (7-11.0 mg/dL); 3.No previous history of gouty arthritis; 4.Not receiving drug treatment for hyperuricemia/stopping uric acid-lowering drug treatment for>=12 weeks; 5.Be able to understand and be willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hyperuricemia was first discovered. 2.Taking other drugs that affect uric acid metabolism in the past 12 weeks; 3.Past history of gouty arthritis; 4.Secondary hyperuricemia, such as: bone marrow and lymphoproliferative diseases, tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy, liver cirrhosis and drug-induced hyperuricemia; 5.One of the following complications: hypertension, diabetes, stroke, coronary heart disease, severe liver and kidney function impairment (>=CKD2 stage, or creatinine, urea, glutalanine, glutoxalotransglutine >= 2 times the upper limit of clinical normal value); 6.Able to sign informed consent; 7.The compliance of patients participating in the study is poor, and the completion rate of baseline screening data is <=80%.
