Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients, type 2 diabetic patients without diabetic nephropathy, chronic kidney disease patients without diabetes mellitus and healthy controls in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients have other causes of acute kidney injury; 2.Patients have haematology, immune system or tumor diseases.
