Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective discovery cohort: 1.Patients aged 18 to 80 years; 2.Received partial or radical nephrectomy in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2005 to December 2020; 3.Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tumor tissue larger than one centimeter or preoperative enhanced CT/MRI examination; 4.Have detailed follow-up information. Prospective validation cohort: 1.Patients aged 18 to 80 years; 2.Received partial or radical nephrectomy at Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from October 15, 2021 to September 2024; 3.Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tumor tissue larger than one centimeter and preoperative enhanced CT/MRI examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient has a history of other malignant tumors; 2.Perioperative death; 3.Received adjuvant or neoadjuvant therapy including targeted drugs; 4.The specimen has more than 80 percent hemorrhagic or necrotic areas.
