18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sign the informed consent; 2.Patients who are going to undergo combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 3.First birth or second cesarean section; 4.From 37 to 42 weeks of pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systolic blood pressure >= 180 mm Hg or = 110 mm Hg or < 60 mm Hg; 2.Severe heart, brain, kidney, lung, endocrine disease or severe infection; 3.Patients with contraindications of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 4.Patients with unstable mental state or mental illness; 5.Patients with increased intracranial pressure; 6.Patients with eye disease or optic nerve damage.
