Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All preterm infants with gestational age < 37 weeks required mechanical ventilation (invasive and noninvasive) in the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital; 2.Subjects monitored by cerebral oxygenation apparatus and participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe congenital malformations or chromosomal abnormalities.
