Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with ARN (in line with the diagnostic criteria 3 established by the Japanese Acute Retinal Necrosis Research Group in 2015); 2.The clinical data is complete, and the follow-up time after discharge is not less than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with retinal degeneration or hiatus, after retinal photocoagulation or vitrectomy; 2.Patients treated with prophylactic retinal photocoagulation; 3.Patients who did not receive normative systemic antiviral or corticosteroid therapy for various reasons.
