Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ultrasound confirmed fatty liver; 2.Aged 20 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Fatty liver caused by alcohol and other causes; 2.Pregnancy and combined heart, liver, lung, kidney, cerebrovascular, endocrine and other primary diseases; 3.Mental patients; 4.People with allergic constitution and multiple drug allergies; 5.Obvious liver damage (serum transaminase > 2 times the upper limit of normal); 6.Patients who have taken antibiotics in the past 3 months; 7.Drug-treated patients.
