Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.1999.01.01-2025.11.01 admission diagnosis of aortic dissection, at least involving the infrarenal abdominal aorta; 2.Patients who have undergone isolation or repair of proximal aortic tears; 3.Dissection remains at the distal end after primary surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dissection patients with secondary surgery; 2.Patients whose dissection has been completely treated and there is no residual double-lumen pathological structure; 3.Patients with aortic intramural hematoma and aortic ulcer; 4.Patients who died during hospitalization; 5.Patients with complications such as type I endoleak and proximal reverse tear of the graft that need to be re-treated or died within 1 year after surgery.
