Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years (male or non-pregnant female) when signing the informed consent; 2.Patients suspected of infectious eye disease judged by physicians and who need sampling to identify pathogens; 3.Samples can be collected at the judgment of the researcher; 4.Patients agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.According to the investigator's judgment, the amount of collected specimens is too small (tear fluid samples <10uL, aqueous humor/vitreous humor samples <50uL) and cannot be used for testing; 2.According to the investigator's judgment, the collection of specimens may affect the patient's health or diagnosis and treatment; 3.Pregnant and lactating patients, or all subjects of childbearing age (male and female) who plan to become pregnant or are unwilling to contraception during the study period.
