Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Low back pain and stiffness for more than 3 months, improved only with exercise, but not at rest; 2.The sagittal and coronal motion of the lumbar spine is limited; 3.The chest activity is lower than that of healthy people of the same age and gender; 4.Bilateral sacral arthritis reaches or exceeds grade I or unilateral sacral osteoarthritis grades I-V.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with high methotrexate allergy; 2.Renal insufficiency; 3.Active gastric and duodenal ulcers; 4.Moderate and severe heart failure; 5.Infection, 6.Low blood volume; 7.Coagulation, or mental disorder.
