18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-II; 2. Female; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. BMI<28 kg/m^2; 5. Elective thyroidectomy under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 6. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the active ingredients or any excipients related to the research; 2. History of abuse of sedative-hypnotics and painkillers; 3. Those with serious chronic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney; 4. History of chronic respiratory disease (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma), recent history of respiratory infection.
