Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are going to undergo subclavian vein catheterization. 2. Aged 18-65 years. 3. ASA classification I-III. 4. The patient can tolerate color Doppler ultrasound examination. 5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients or maternity. 2. Patients with blood dysfunction and infection at the puncture site. 3. Patients with a history of central venous thrombosis. 4. Patients with clavicle or proximal rib fractures. 5. Patients with central venous thrombosis revealed by preoperative Doppler ultrasonography. 6. Those who refuse to participate in the experiment or drop out of the experiment halfway.
