Group 1:Acupuncture at Quchi acupoint and then lift and thrust with even force and amplitude of 3–5 mm for frequency 1–1.5 Hz
Group 2:Acupuncture at Quchi acupoint and then thrust the needle with force and lift it gently with a smaller amplitude (5mm) and a higher frequency (>1.5Hz)

18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male; 2. Right-handed people aged 18-40 years; 3. College degree or above; 4. There are no organic, functional diseases and mental disorders in each system; 5. Not participating in other clinical studies in the past three months; 6. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with damaged skin, infection or serious skin disease at acupoints; 2. Do not accept acupuncture; 3. There are serious contraindications to needles (chest tightness, dizziness, headache, cold sweat, etc.).
