Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-65 years; 2. According to the definitions in Chinese Dry Eye Expert Consensus: Examination and Diagnosis (2020) and Chinese Dry Eye Expert Consensus: Definition and Classification (2020), dry eye is diagnosed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have used ophthalmic drugs such as artificial tears on the same day; 2. Use contact lenses within 3 months; 3. Received eye surgery within 6 months; 4. Abnormal ocular anatomy or innervation (patients have no symptoms or mild symptoms, but tear film function or ocular surface damage is obvious), ocular inflammation and other ocular diseases caused by non-dry eye (including punctum occlusion); 5. Suffering from systemic immune diseases such as hyperthyroidism, hypertension, diabetes, rheumatism and Sjogren's syndrome; 6. Have used antidepressants such as; serotonin reuptake inhibitors: paroxetine, sertraline, venlafaxine and mirtazapine and tricyclic antidepressants: doxepin, amitriptyline, imipramine and clomipramine, etc.; 7. Allergy to sodium fluorescein; 8. Patients of childbearing age who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, menopausal patients undergoing hormone replacement therapy.
