35 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure; 2. Aged 35-85 years; 3. After capacity management, the condition has been stable for more than 1 month; 4. In line with the main clinical symptoms of ''atmospheric subsidence'' in traditional Chinese medicine; 5. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute myocardial infarction, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, constrictive pericarditis, obvious valve disease or congenital heart disease, primary pulmonary hypertension or secondary severe pulmonary hypertension, and patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Patients with ischemic heart failure without revascularization or less than 3 months after revascularization; 3. Patients with acute pulmonary edema or acute hemodynamic disturbance; 4. Right heart failure due to lung disease; 5. Patients who are going to undergo heart transplantation or CRT, or who have already received CRT; 6. Patients with severe uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=110mmHg); 7. Pregnant or lactating patients; 8. Patients with severe liver and kidney function damage, or combined with severe neurological diseases and tumors; 9. Allergic to Chinese medicine related to Yixin Fang (such as Astragalus, Guizhi, Campanulaceae, etc.); 10. Patients who have taken traditional Chinese medicine in the past 2 months.
