18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic transplant kidney dysfunction; 2. Needle biopsy; 3. Aged > 18 years; 4. Time after kidney transplantation > 1 year; 5. Single kidney transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other diseases, including hydronephrosis and renal artery stenosis; 2. SWE measurement failed; 3. The thickness of renal parenchyma is less than 1cm.
