Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged 60-84 years who meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia. 2. Able to cooperate with the completion of body composition analysis, grip strength measurement, 6m walking time measurement and questionnaire. 3. Able to walk independently, with or without assistive devices. 4. Be able to safely complete the exercise recommended by the healthcare provider. 5. Agree to participate in this study, accept and implement the intervention program after randomization, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. 6 m walking speed = 12 s, or SPPB <= 9 points. 2. Patients with diseases that seriously affect muscle and bone metabolism, such as malignant tumors, cerebrovascular accidents, severe liver disease, severe kidney disease, severe diabetes, thyroid disease, parathyroid disease, etc. 3. Patients who are taking drugs that affect muscle and bone metabolism, such as glucocorticoids, androgens, estrogens, thyroid hormones, etc. 4. Usually have the habit of exercising: 15 minutes or more of high-intensity physical activity every day, or two or more times of muscle strength training per week for the first three months of enrollment. 5. Combined with severe cognitive impairment (minimum intelligence scale score less than 20).
