Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Orthotopic allogeneic liver transplantation is planned.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. MELD score > 30; 2. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary disease; 3. Preoperative hemodynamic instability; 4. Preoperative life support (mechanical ventilation, renal replacement therapy, etc.); 5. Serious infection; 6. Allergy to anesthetics; 7. The patient refuses to participate in the study.
