Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Generally healthy, without any history of mental or nervous system diseases, no history of head and neck trauma, tumors, operations, and no serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, pancreas, kidney and other organs; 2. No swallowing disorder screened by the EAT-10 scale; 3. Aged 18-80 years; 4. No cognitive dysfunction or speech dysfunction, voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are neurological lesions such as cerebral cortex or subcortical, brain stem, cerebellum, cranial nerves, etc., and diseases that may induce epilepsy such as traumatic brain injury, tumor, infection; 2. Those who have taken gastrointestinal motility agents, H2 receptor blockers, sedatives, analgesics, antidepressants and anticholinergic drugs within 1 month before enrollment, have a history of throat tumor, gastrointestinal motility disease, and a history of severe heart, lung and kidney disease; 3. Implanted or left metal objects such as cochlear implants, aneurysm clips, stents.
