experimental group:to perform anterior quadratus lumborum block at L4 level bilaterally with 0.375% ropivacaine 20ml
control group:to perform anterior quadratus lumborum block at L4 level bilaterally with 0.9% NaCl 20ml

45 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 45-65 years, body mass index 18-25 kg/m^2, ASA class I-II, can fully understand the research content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal heart, liver and kidney function, local anesthetic allergy, contraindication of quadratus lumborum block, chronic pain or receiving chronic pain treatment.
