Group C:Radiofrequency thermal coagulation of dorsal root ganglia

40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the pain ward; 2. The involved parts of herpes lesions are cervical and thoracic ganglia; 3. The course of disease (after the rash heals) >= 1 month; 4. VAS score > 3 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is infection or tumor at the puncture site; 2. Those who are allergic to lidocaine hydrochloride and other drugs; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, and abnormal coagulation function; 4. Those who suffer from mental illness and cannot cooperate with the operation.
