Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. ASA is graded as I-II; 4. Received at least two MECT treatments in our hospital before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neck, facial deformities, trauma or burns, etc. cannot wear nasal masks, foreign bodies in the oropharynx, active epistaxis, respiratory tract infection, upper respiratory tract obstruction, rhinitis or otitis media, etc.; 2. Other organ failure (such as cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe craniocerebral disease, etc.); 3. Patients with high risk of aspiration such as upper gastrointestinal bleeding, severe vomiting, intestinal obstruction and recent oropharyngeal, esophageal and upper abdominal surgery; 4. Have any contraindications to MECT; 5. Have any contraindications to the use of ventilator in this study; 6. Extremely nervous.
