Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the ''Chinese Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension Revision 2018'', that is, the patient's peripheral brachial artery systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or peripheral brachial artery diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg, or the patient has previously been diagnosed with hypertension and is currently taking antihypertensive drugs; 3. The first diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea; 4. Those who voluntarily participated in this study and filled out the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accept continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or mandibular propulsion device treatment; 2. BMI (body mass index)>=40.0; 3. There are other sleep disorders; 4. Severe or decompensated clinical or psychiatric illness; 5. Anatomical changes of craniofacial or upper respiratory tract; 6. Second degree and above enlargement of the jaw tonsils; 7. Obvious micrognathia.
