Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 400 cases of general anesthesia patients undergoing elective hip surgery, American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) grade I-III, 200 males and 200 females, with normal cardiac function; 2. Agree to the content of the informed notice of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative use of glucose-regulating drugs, abnormal liver function, cardiac insufficiency, arrhythmia and coronary heart disease; 2. Intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment and history of mental illness.
