Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2020; 2. The operation of gastrointestinal cancer was performed in the gastrointestinal cancer center of Beijing Cancer Hospital; 3. The patients with sepsis were transferred to ICU after the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients transferred to ICU for other reasons; 2. There was no sepsis during the period of ICU, and sepsis occurred after transferring out of ICU, but they were not transferred to ICU again.
