45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 45 years and under 80 years; 2. Full-thickness rotator cuff injury, tear size =35°; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Isolated subscapularis tears; 2. Irreparable rotator cuff injury; 3. History of previous shoulder surgery on the affected side; 4. Combined shoulder fracture and shoulder dislocation; 5. Combined with shoulder joint infection, osteoarthritis and other changes; 6. Mental retardation or other reasons cause the patient's behavioral ability to be limited.
