24 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Body weight relatively stable in the last three months (the change of body weight in the last three months was less than 4kg); 2. Sedentary or moderately active (< 7500 steps / day); 3. Eating window exceed 12 hours or the last meal of each day later than 19:00.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fasting blood glucose >= 7mmol/L; 2. Women who plan to be pregnant; 3. Night shift workers; 4. Enrolled in weight-loss program; 5. Currently taking any medication that could influence study outcomes.
