Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received warfarin anticoagulant therapy after heart valve replacement. 2. The warfarin maintenance dose of the patients was constant, and their INR value was between 1.5-3.0 in the last 3 clinical follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients were cotreated with drugs considered to affect the metabolism of warfarin: amiodarone, fluconazole, miconazole, and sulfamethoxazole,etc.; 2. During warfarin anticoagulant therapy, patients have hepatic or renal impairments; 3. Patients with active peptic ulcer or requiring long-term glucocorticoid therapy; 4. Malignant tumor; 5. Complicated with blood system diseases; 6. History of hemorrhagic stroke; 7. Severe heart failure (NYHA grade IV), uncontrolled hypertension (>=160/100mmHg).
