20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-65 years, neck pain for more than three months, presence of one or two trigger points on both sides in the trapezius muscle upon palpation, and VAS > 3 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with acute neck pain (<three months), participants who exhibited any contraindication to shockwave and TPI, and participants receiving any other treatment in form of physical therapy and medication were excluded from the study.
