Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are eligible for laparoscopic hysterectomy +/- salpingectomy due to gynecological benign diseases 2. Sign the informed consent form, voluntarily accept the treatment of this program, adhere to and cooperate with the treatment during the observation period; 3. Female patients aged 35-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, and the major lesions of organs, brains, lungs, liver and kidney; 2. It is determined before the operation that other system diseases may affect the postoperative recovery; 3. Severe complications occur after surgery; 4. Transit to laparotomy; 5. Patients with operation time >= 4h; 6. Those with ear skin rupture and infection; 7. Patients who are accidentally discovered during the operation or rapid pathology during the operation suggest a malignant tumor, and the scope of the operation needs to be expanded or a second operation is required during the operation.
