Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with BRVO: 1. Age 45-75 years old; 2. Unilateral BRVO-ME without abnormalities in the contralateral eye; 3. Initial or previous anti-VEGF therapy for more than 6 months; 4.OCTA image quality >= 5; 5. Sign informed consent; 6. Age >=18 years old at the time of signing the informed consent; 7. Ability to adhere to the study protocol. Inclusion criteria for control group: 1. Sign informed consent; 2. Age >=18 years old at the time of signing the informed consent; 3. Ability to adhere to the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with BRVO: 1. Patients with other ocular diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, uveitis, etc., were excluded; 2. Previous history of intraocular surgery and laser photocoagulation; 3. Severe cataract or other reasons lead to refractive interstitial opacity, affecting fundus imaging; 4. High myopia; 5. Patients with severe systemic disease, vasculitis, renal, hepatic, thyroid, and cardiovascular disease. Control group: 1. Excluding senile cataract, patients with other ocular diseases, such as retinal vascular disease, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, uveitis, etc; 2. Patients with severe systemic diseases, vasculitis, renal, hepatic, thyroid and cardiovascular diseases were excluded.
