Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar fusion surgery; 2. BMI 18.5-28, aged 50-70 years, ASA grade I-III; 3. Operation duration >= 3 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous diseases (diabetes, cerebral infarction, coronary heart disease, chronic kidney disease, nausea, tumor, hepatitis, cirrhosis, obesity, etc.); 2. Patients with preoperative malnutrition (nutritional assessment standard serum albumin AIB is the main, albumin < 35 g/L); 3. Preoperative anemia; 4. Preoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction; 5. There are skin infections; 6. Non-spinal surgery; 7. Abnormal coagulation; 8. Long-term use of drugs or recent use of antibiotics.
