Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with simple HPV infection who received consultation and examination in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and did not require medical treatment; 2. Aged 25-64 years; 3. Sexual history; 4. No mental illness, cognitive and consciousness disorders, severe depression or impulsive excitement, can correctly express their will; 5. Willing to participate in the study and sign a voluntary informed consent form; 6. Can use a smartphone, have access to the internet.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor or other serious chronic disease; 2. Colposcopy reveals cervical cancer and precancerous lesions; 3. Patient records are incomplete and can not be followed up; 4. With other severe physical impairments; 5. An alcoholic substance abuser; 6. Those who can not participate fully in the intervention plan; 7. Serious suicidal tendencies; 8. Those who have experienced ACT and are currently receiving any form of psychotherapy.
