65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 to 85 years, regardless of gender, ASA grade I or II; 2. No obvious respiratory and circulatory diseases before surgery; 3. Preoperative biochemical examination showed no renal dysfunction, active liver disease and coagulation dysfunction; 4. No history of the central nervous system or psychosomatic diseases; 5. No taking sedatives or antidepressant drugs in the past two years; 6. No alcoholism and drug dependence; 7. Preoperative MMSE score >= 24, years of education >= 6 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not perform surgical anesthesia according to the study protocol after inclusion; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with the completion of the test after surgery; 3. Patients who asked to withdraw from the study halfway; 4. Patients with severe vision or hearing impairment; 5. Patients who refuse to cooperate with the test, or cannot communicate and communicate effectively in language.
