Traditional ventilation group:Conventional tidal volume ventilation (10-12 ml/kg)
Protective pulmonary ventilation group:Low tidal volume ventilation (6-8 ml/kg), positive end expiratory pressure 5 cmH2O and intermittent lung recruitment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent exploratory laparotomy in Anhui children's Hospital; 2. Aged within 1 month, unlimited gender, body mass >= 2 kg; 3. ASA class II-III; 4. The estimated operation time is more than 1 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refuse to participate in the experiment and do not sign the informed consent form; 2. Complicated with severe cardiovascular malformation; 3. Those with upper respiratory tract infection and obvious respiratory failure; 4. The general condition of the whole body is very poor.
