Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in the neurology department who requiring lumbar puncture and voluntary to participate the research; 2.Patients with complete basic information such as age, gender, weight, height, body mass index (BMI) and mean artery blood pressure (MABP).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with diseases such as brain edema, encephalitis, CT findings of intracranial space-occupying lesions,hemorrhage, tumors, abnormal intracranial pressure, etc.; 2.Hypertensive encephalopathy and diabetic acidosis due to hypertension and diabetes; 3.Patients with secondary intracranial pressure changes such as taking vitamin A or tetracycline drugs; 4.Glaucoma,thyroid ophthalmopathy and other diseases which cause changes in intraocular pressure.
