Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients less than 65 years old; 2. Clinical symptoms are low back pain combined with pain in one lower limb or pain in one lower limb; 3. Physical examination, there are obvious tender points in the interspinous space or the side of the ligament of the diseased segment, accompanied by the calf, Radiation pain on the foot, Lasegue sign is positive; 4. DR, CT, MRI showed that L4/5 or L5/S1 intervertebral disc herniation, and it is an inclusive herniation, that is, the fibrous annulus is not completely ruptured or unruptured.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar instability, spondylolisthesis, tumors, and infections; 2. Posterior midline disc herniation or symptoms of cauda equina injury such as abnormal urinary and fecal dysfunction, hypoesthesia in the saddle area; 3. The intervertebral disc herniation caused by trauma is characterized by low back pain, lower limb pain and numbness after trauma; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary disease, liver or kidney dysfunction, who cannot tolerate surgery or anesthesia; 5. Those with ruptured annulus fibrosus and free nucleus pulposus in imaging examination.
