Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 40 years; 2. Asymptomatic patients found 50% to 69% stenosis of the targeted vessels defined by TCD/DSA. 3. There is no metabolic disease that may affect the inspection effect; 4. For female patients, it is necessary to determine the status of non-pregnancy or pregnancy; 5. Informed consent by the patient or legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The existence of intracranial aneurysm, vascular malformation or intracranial tumor and other diseases, or a history of combined intracranial surgery, cerebral hemorrhage and brain injury caused by brain trauma, encephalomalacia, etc.; 2. Received intravascular balloon dilation, stent placement, intravenous or arterial thrombolysis, bypass surgery, etc. within 30 days before the stenotic blood vessels were included; 3. Severe dementia or mental disorder, unable to cooperate with the examination; 4. Those who cannot tolerate or are not allowed to perform MR, such as pacemakers, artificial valves and other metal implants or patients with claustrophobia.
