10 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 40 years old, ovarian reserve function is good (according to hormone level and ultrasound detection); 2. Have not given birth, have the desire to preserve ovarian fertility; 3. Malignant tumor stage I-II: Such as breast cancer, leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, non-hodgkin's lymphoma and cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and vulvar cancer, such as the need for radiation therapy and chemotherapy or may affect ovarian function of patients with malignant tumor; 4. Not involvement with ovarian; 5. Keep on follow-up; 6. Primary disease prognosis is good; 7. Laparoscopic surgery can tolerance, at least 3 days from the start of chemoradiotherapy; 8. The patient or his guardian signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor involved the ovary, and normal ovarian tissue could not be obtained; 2. HIV, viral hepatitis, syphilis and other infectious diseases; 3. Patients without uterus: congenital or surgical resection; 4. Those who have no strong desire to have children; 5. Preoperative examination revealed decreased ovarian function; 6. Patients with contraindications to surgery or anesthesia found by preoperative blood routine, coagulation function, biochemical examination, etc.
