Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age ranged from 6 to 18 years old, and the diopter of subjects with high myopia was less than -6.25D; The low and moderate myopia group was with - 6.00D; The normal refraction group was between ± 0.75D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other organic changes in the eyes, such as keratoconus, amblyopia, strabismus, cataract, glaucoma, and etc; 2. Patients with other diseases that affect the development of the eye, such as diabetes and other nutrition related diseases,Serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, and etc.
