Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 40 and 70 years; 2. Healthy physical examination in Army Medical Center of PLA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known history of iodine allergy; 2. Pregnant and pregnant; 3. Unable to cooperate; 4. Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, liver/kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, goiter, respiratory insufficiency, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism, brain injury; 5. May appear iodine contrast agent adverse reactions of allergic constitution.
