20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20-35 years; 2. PCOS was diagnosed according to Rotterdam criteria; 3. women with ovulation disorders and have pregnant plan; 4. Women with clinical or biochemical manifestations of hyperandrogenism, or women with basal LH/FSH >= 1.5; 5. BMI between 18.5 and 26kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with Hyperprolactinemia or thyroid dysfunction; 2. Type 2 diabetes; 3. Serum FSH > 10 mIU/mL; 4. Male infertility; 5. Diagnosis of fallopian tube abnormalities by HSG or laparoscopy; 6. Endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory disease; 7. Oral contraceptive use or pregnancy contraindications.
