Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A retrospective study of Q fever cases diagnosed at the University of Hong Kong Shenzhen Hospital from January 1, 2015 to October 31, 2021; prospective study subjects were unknown patients who had been consulted by clinician microbiologists from November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2023 The number of cases of fever due to the cause, the cases of culture-negative infective endocarditis, and the cases of unexplained hepatitis are estimated to be 300 cases according to the previous clinical microbiological consultation.

Exclusion criteria: Refused to participate in the study.
